Cody, Practice Administrator
Cody has over a decade of experience and have completed the American Board of Opticianry Certification program. He also completed the Essilor Management Development Program. His favorite part of his job is being able to build relationships with the community.
Cody’s hometown is Easton, Maryland. He is happily married with two wonderful children. In his free time, he enjoys music, reading, collecting records, and playing pick-up basketball. A fun fact about Cody is that he plays multiple instruments and is a music fanatic!
Candi, Certified Optician
Candi has nine years of experience in her field and enjoys building relationships with her patients and coworkers. She has completed the American Board of Opticianry Certification program.
From Cambridge, Candi is married and has seven cats. Her family is small and mostly on the eastern shore of Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys taking nature photography at various preserves, parks, and wildlife refuges. She then converts her photos to canvas to sell them. She’s an award winning published photographer!
Rylee, Optician
Rylee’s favorite part of her job is cutting lenses and fitting patients after their comprehensive exams! She loves getting to know patients and gaining insight into their hobbies and careers so that she can guide them toward the perfect pair of eyewear. She also loves learning new skills and is studying to become a certified optican.
Rylee is from Centreville and has a "wild" family that always keeps her on her toes. In her free time, she enjoys paddleboarding and duck hunting.
LaneAnn, Bookkeeper
LaneAnn has over a decade of experience and enjoys working alongside her coworkers, learning new things, and spending time with patients! She attended the College of Eastern Utah and has been at the practice her entire career.
Originally from Price, Utah, LaneAnn enjoys spending time with her husband, their five children, their 2 ½ grandchildren, and all of the granddogs, grandcats, grandbunnies, and even her grandturtle! In her free time, she enjoys serving in her church and working out. An interesting fact about LaneAnn is that she can ride a unicycle!
Ashley, Front Desk/Patient Services
Ashley attended Prince George’s Community College. Her favorite part of her job is being able to help patients. She finds it so rewarding to see someone come in needing help and leaving smiling because they can see clearly and feel great in their new glasses.
From Centreville, Maryland, Ashley has been happily married for nearly three decades and is the proud parent of three wonderful children. She has many hobbies, but one of her favorites is crafting. She’s a people person and enjoys meeting new people and learning new things from them!
Lillian, Front Desk/Patient Services
Lillian has several years of experience and attended the University of Illinois and Acquinas College in Michigan. Her favorite part of her career is seeing her fantastic patients every day.
From Elmhurst, Illinois, both of Lillian’s parents immigrated to the US from Cuba and were both medical doctors. She has a large family, including three siblings and 14 nieces and nephews. She lives with her significant other, Tom. In her free time, Lillian enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling. A fun fact is that she hopes to visit all seven continents and will be traveling to Africa next year!
Steph, Certified Optometric Technician
Steph has over eight years of experience and enjoys working with the team at Bay Vision Studio because of how exciting and enjoyable they are to be around! He attended Anne Arundel Community College and is a Certified Optometric Technician and Registered Medical Assistant.
Originally from Benicia, California, Steph is a single dad. He enjoys raising his son, playing guitar, hiking, and playing video games in his free time.
