Your First Visit
There are three ways you can schedule your first appointment with us: by phone, online, or in-person! After you do, our team will confirm your visit, verify your insurance benefits, and answer any questions you may have before your appointment.
When you first reach our office, you will receive a warm welcome from our staff. We’ll guide you through a modern, comfortable eyecare experience, completing a comprehensive examination, evaluating your vision, check on your eye health, and discuss your needs, goals, and concerns. We utilize advanced retinal imaging technology to thoroughly screen our patients and provide personalized and effective healthcare recommendations.
After your exam, you’ll meet with our optical team to review your eyewear options, contact lenses, or treatment recommendations. Our goal isn’t to upsell products, but to help you make the best informed decision for your health, lifestyle, budget, and vision. After your purchase or services are complete, we’ll maintain communication with you throughout the fulfillment process so you know exactly when your eyewear or contact lenses are ready to pick up.
We Work with Your Insurance
We welcome your insurance and want to help you get the most out of your benefits. We will take the time to check your benefits beforehand, as well as file insurance claims on your behalf. That way, you know what amount, if any, you will need to pay out-of-pocket during the time of service. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to give us a call!
Financing is Available
If you have a high out-of-pocket expense and are using insurance, or you don’t have insurance, you may want to take advantage of financing. We partner with Cherry to allow our patients to split up the cost of their service, eyewear, or lenses into smaller monthly payments that are easier to manage.
